Due to dwindling funds, I have literally had either Trader Joe’s tomato & basil hummus with veggies and/or soy pita or Trader Joe’s soup for lunch every day for the last week and a half.
This looks so good right now.
my new sorbet replacement
so, i’ve been wanting to make more stuff from scratch and avoid eating processed or sugary food. i gave up ice cream because i’m mildly lactose intolerant #snif, and then i went wild on ciao bella’s blood orange sorbet #nom
but this? this rocks. i was making my regla smoothie and decided to freeze it instead and eat it with a spoon #win
- frozen strawberries
- pomegranate juice, 100%
- orange juice
blend them together till you get a frozen slushie consistency, and then freeze. i wanna try this again with frozen pineapple, frozen raspberries, fresh blood orange, etc.
